We do not make money off shipping so you can acquire the best rates possible. Freight charges are set by the shippers and are based on weight and distance to delivery.

UPS - Generally we use UPS although we may choose other package carriers such as RPS, FedEx. Claims for damages should be taken up with the carrier. We will do everything possible to assist in claim disputes.

TRUCK - Items marked with a must deliver by truck. We only offer one kind of truck delivery- personalized delivery set up in your home. There is no extra charge for so-called "white glove" delivery. You will usually be notified 36 - 48 hours prior to delivery. Services include room-placement, uncartoning, and inspection. Damages should be noted on your Bill of Lading and disputes handled with the carrier. We WILL assist in any claim disputes.

If you should ever have a question about charges or rates, please call us or email us immeditely. If you are ordering several items that come by truck, you should contact us to be sure you are getting the best rate possible.

• If your order ships by UPS your total for the order will be collected when you checkout.
• If your order ships by truck only a 35% deposit will be collected. The balance will be charged when the items are ready to deliver.
• If your order is a combination of UPS and truck items, the program automatically calculates 100% of the UPS and 35% of the truck items.

C.O.D. - You may pay C.O.D. for final payment on items delivered by truck, however, arrangements must be made at the time you place the order. We can accept certified bank checks or cash only.

As you fill your shopping cart, nothing is actually ordered until you get to the last screen which shows totals and freight. If you prefer to fax or mail your order to us, print the last screen and send it to us attention Department. When you place an order on-line your order is verifed with Forobabel.Org. This process does "address verifications" on all credit card transactions whether placed by mail, phone, fax, or on-line. This is for your protection since it helps prevents unauthorized use of your credit card. If you prefer, you may print your screen and order by telephone, fax or mail.
