Furniture Shipped via Red Carpet Delivery
Our furniture is custom-made to give you exactly what you need. After 7 days, our factories have already begun producing the merchandise you've ordered. To cancel furniture after the 7-Day Risk-Free consideration period, you must pay a $100 Production Cancellation Fee to help us defray the costs of unwanted furniture. On the rare occasion that your order is delayed beyond the quoted delivery time, you may cancel your order any time before delivery, and you will not be charged the Production Cancellation fee.

Accessories Shipped via UPS
Forobabel.org never charges a cancellation fee for items shipped via UPS. However, if the order is shipped before your cancellation, you will be responsible for returning the merchandise to Forobabel.org and paying for the return shipping. Forobabel.org cannot cover these costs. Once we receive the merchandise, we will issue you a full refund. Click here for directions. Please keep and refer to the original packaging so we can expedite your refund quickly and easily for you. Because Forobabel.org wants you to love your new furniture, all products are backed with our 30–Day Money–Back Guarantee.

Take an entire month to live with your purchase and decide if it's right for you. If you're unhappy for any reason, just let us know. We will issue a full refund for the merchandise you received. If you decide to return an item shipped via Red Carpet Delivery, simply contact our Customer Care Department within 30 days of receipt to arrange a return. Forobabel.org cannot refund your initial shipping charge, and there will be an additional $95 charge for return shipment. If you decide to return an item shipped via UPS within 30 days of receipt, you will be responsible for returning the merchandise to Forobabel.org and paying for the return shipping. For all orders, Forobabel.org cannot offer any credits or refunds beyond 30 days after you receive your order.

Red Carpet Delivery & In-Home Set-up
Beautiful furniture requires extra care. That’s why we’re pleased to provide you with deluxe, in-home delivery for such pieces. With our exclusive Red Carpet Delivery & In-Home Set-up, we ensure your furniture is carefully packed and shipped from the manufacturer. Upon arrival, delivery representatives will unpack and inspect your merchandise, assemble and place it wherever you’d like it within your home, and remove all packaging for your convenience. Forobabel.org provides this exclusive service anywhere within the contiguous 48 states for a flat fee of $95 per order, regardless of the number of items included.

Items are scheduled for final delivery when your order is received at our shipping center.* At that time, you’ll be contacted by the local delivery company to arrange a delivery time. Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday (local time) and scheduled within a four-hour window. Please respond as soon as possible with the time of day that’s best for delivery to your home. If you choose not to schedule delivery within 10 days of being contacted, any remaining balance will be applied to your credit card and applicable storage fees, payable to our local delivery agent, will apply.

Saturday or Weeknight Deliveries
Special arrangements for this exclusive service must be made with our local delivery agent when scheduling final delivery. This is a premium service, payable directly to our local delivery agent at time of delivery.

Delayed Delivery
If you choose not to take delivery of your order within 10 days of being contacted by our local delivery agent, warehousing charges will apply. These charges must be paid in full to our local delivery agent before they can release your order.

Missed Delivery
If you are not home at the scheduled time of delivery, our local delivery agents cannot leave the furniture at your home. You will have to reschedule a second delivery and pay for any additional delivery and warehousing costs accrued. These charges must be paid in full to our local delivery agent before they can release your order.

UPS Delivery – Rugs, lamps and accessories DELIVERED FREE
Some home furnishings, such as rugs, lighting and decorative accessories, do not require the special delivery, extensive unpacking, assembly and placement services provided by our Red Carpet Delivery & In-Home Set-up. Forobabel.org is pleased to provide delivery on these items free of charge.

Arranging Final Payment
As your delivery date approaches, you'll receive an e-mail from a Forobabel.org representative with a notification for payment on any remaining balance. Unless previously requested, this balance will be collected using the same method of payment as your initial deposit. Forobabel.org wants to make paying for your selections as easy as finding them. To do that, we offer customers two convenient ways to pay for their purchases – by credit card or by check.

Forobabel.org accepts most major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Novus/Discover and American Express. Forobabel.org is happy to accept both personal and certified checks. If you prefer to pay by check, please note that your order will not be processed until your deposit check has cleared. Likewise, your merchandise will not be released for shipment until your final payment check has cleared. Your order is reviewed for accuracy and verified with the manufacturer as soon as it is received. In cases where manufacturers inform us of changes in availability, you will be notified as soon as possible. Such information can cause delays in your estimated shipping time. Forobabel.org is not responsible for such changes in availability or for any other inadvertent errors on our site. This limited warranty covers manufacturers' defects and does not apply to abuse, misuse, unreasonable wear and tear or damage due to moving products after original delivery. It applies only to original purchaser and starts from day of delivery. Forobabel.org reserves the right to repair product to customer’s satisfaction before replacing.
